Schuylkill River Restoration Fund
The Schuylkill River Restoration Fund grants are available to non-profit organizations, watershed organizations, conservation districts and county, municipal and local governments to undertake implementation projects that will improve the quality and/or quantity of water in the Schuylkill River and its tributaries. National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Formula Grants Program
PennDOT's Round 1 Notice of Funding Opportunity for the NEVI Formula Grants Program is now available. Funds for the federal fiscal years 2022 and 2023 PA NEVI grant program are to be awarded on a competitive basis to plan, design, construct, operate, and maintain Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment sites across PA. This grant provides funds for the planning, acquisition, and development of public parks, recreation areas, motorized and non-motorized trails, river conservation and access, and the conservation of open space. Applications will be accepted through April 5 at 4:00 p.m. Learn More
PA American Water Accepting Applications for Environmental Grants
Pennsylvania American Water is accepting applications for the company's 2023 Environmental Grant Program. The program offers funding for innovative, community-based environmental projects that improve, restore, or protect the watersheds, surface water, and groundwater supplies in local communities. Rural Energy for America Program
This federal program provides guaranteed loan financing and grant funding (up to 40% of project costs) to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems or to make energy efficiency improvements. Agricultural producers may also apply for new energy efficient equipment and new system loans for agricultural production and processing. Applications are due by March 31. Learn More
Dockstader Foundation 2023 Grants and Scholarships
The Dockstader Foundation provides grants to educational, charitable, and scientific activities that support, enhance and optimize the natural environment in the Southern Chester County municipalities served by the Southeastern Chester County Refuse Authority (SECCRA). Their scholarship program supports local high school students planning to pursue careers in Environmental Science. Their 2023 grant and scholarship application round is open February 1, letters of interest are due by March 1, and grant applications are due by April 1. Learn More
