Chester County Farm Guide
AgConnect's Farm Guide highlights more than125 family-owned farms and markets throughout Chester County, spotlights the County's Agriculture Award recipients, and includes a Farm Product Calendar showcasing what's in season, and various tips and resources.
AgConnect is also proud to introduce the Chester County Farmers Market Trail, a fun, community-centered program that celebrates the county's rich agricultural roots and vibrant local farmers markets. Running through the end of December 2025, the Chester County Farmers Market Trail invites residents and visitors to experience ten diverse farmers markets across Chester County and collect a stamp at each one.
